Order Terms and Conditions

We aim to make the shopping process as convenient and transparent as possible. Below you’ll find detailed information on how to place an order, available payment methods, and delivery options.

1. How to place an order

  • Step 1: Choose the desired product and click “Buy” or “Add to Cart”.
  • Step 2: Go to your cart and check the accuracy of your order.
  • Step 3: Enter your contact details, delivery address, and preferred shipping method.
  • Step 4: Confirm the order. Our manager will then contact you to confirm the details.

2. Payment methods

We offer several payment options for your convenience:

  • Cash on delivery — payment upon receipt at a “Nova Poshta” branch or via courier.
  • Full prepayment — to a bank card after the order is confirmed by our manager.

3. Delivery

We deliver orders across Ukraine via the following services:

  • Nova Poshta — standard delivery within 1–3 business days.
  • Ukrposhta — for locations without a Nova Poshta branch.
  • Pickup — available by prior arrangement.

4. Order confirmation

After placing your order, our manager will contact you via phone or messenger to confirm the details. If contact cannot be made within 24 hours, the order may be canceled.

Please note!

Each product is carefully inspected before shipping. Please check your parcel upon receipt. In case of damaged packaging or goods, please complete an incident report with the delivery representative.
